Greenpoint Environmental Design, LLC provides a complete range of landscape architectural and land planning services from initial site feasibility studies through design development and construction observation.  We are experienced in working with a diverse range of clientele including single family homeowners, contractors, developers, engineers, architects, County, State and Federal agencies as well as regional transportation authorities.  Our project experience is also very diverse, including residential, commercial, institutional and multifamily design, playgrounds, parks, streetscapes, athletic fields, ecological restorations, highway and transportation facilities.

Greenpoint Environmental Design, LLC personnel have performed hundreds of wetland delineations of various size and type throughout New Jersey.  We can provide either a quick review of the property to assess potential wetlands impacts or complete a thorough field delineation required for formal verification and permitting.

Greenpoint provides environmental assessment and impact studies for private entities as well as Federal, State, County, municipal and regional tranportation agencies.  We are experienced in the preparation of Categorical Exclusion Documentation, Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) in accordance with NEPA protocol.

Greenpoint provides design, construction management and monitoring services for projects involving wetland creation, streambank / shoreline stabilization and riparian zone restoration. 

Greenpoint provides tree identification and woodland assessment reports.  We also provide reforestation plans required for Federally funded projects.

Greenpoint can assist in obtaining resolution to a State issued Notice of Violation for unauthorized disturbance to regulated wetlands and / or their transition areas, State open waters and riparian zones.
